Nut-Free Energy Bites
These nut-free energy bites are perfect to send in your kiddo's lunchbox! Or as a healthy snack for you!

Servings: 12 bites
- ¾ cup quick oats
- ⅓ cup flax meal
- ½ cup sunflower seed butter
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Select add-ins.
Stir to combine into a dough-like consistency.
Using a cookie scoop, roll into balls and place on a baking sheet in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator (up to 2 weeks) or freezer (up to 3 months).
1/4 cup (total) of optional Add-ins:
- Sunflower Seeds
- Chia Seeds
- Chocolate Chips
- Raisins
- Craisins
- Shredded Coconut
And sprinkle a little Sea Salt to make them extra delicious!
