Banana Pancake
Ingredients

ripe banana
1
egg
1-2
Tbsp
whole wheat flour
Instructions
In a small bowl, mash banana the banana and whisk in the egg.
Add 1 Tbsp flour and stir. Adding more if you want a fluffier pancake.
Cook over medium heat until browned, flip and cook until heated through.
Serve with honey, syrup or peanut butter.
