Banana Pancake

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1-2 Tbsp whole wheat flour

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mash banana the banana and whisk in the egg.
  • Add 1 Tbsp flour and stir. Adding more if you want a fluffier pancake.
  • Cook over medium heat until browned, flip and cook until heated through.
  • Serve with honey, syrup or peanut butter.
