browned butter + sage dipping sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 stick of butter
  • 1/2 tsp. dried sage

Instructions

  • Place butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
  • Stir constantly, until butter is golden brown.
  • Remove from heat and stir in dried sage. 
  • Serve with 2 steamed artichokes.
