Hot Buttered Rum
Ingredients

dark brown sugar

cup
unsalted butter

tsp
salt

tsp
ground nutmeg

pinch
ground allspice

whole
cloves
3
cinnamon sticks

tsp
vanilla extract

cups
water
1-2
cups
rum
Instructions
Add all ingredients, except rum, to a crockpot and heat on low for 3-4 hours.
To serve, add an ounce of rum to a mug. Pour in the hot butter mixture and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon or ground nutmeg.
