Garlic-Parmigiano Butter
Ingredients

stick unsalted butter
softened
2
large garlic cloves
diced
3/4
cup
freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
Instructions
Using a food processor, pulse the butter with the garlic and cheese until smooth.
Season with salt & pepper and scrape it into a small storage bowl
Serve with warm rolls, roasted vegetables, scrambled eggs, etc.
