Garlic-Parmigiano Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 stick unsalted butter softened
  • 2 large garlic cloves diced
  • 3/4 cup freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese

Instructions

  • Using a food processor, pulse the butter with the garlic and cheese until smooth.
  • Season with salt & pepper and scrape it into a small storage bowl
  • Serve with warm rolls, roasted vegetables, scrambled eggs, etc.
