Whipped Honey Butter

Servings: 2 cups

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks unsalted butter softened
  • 6 Tbsp honey
  • 2 pinches of Sea Salt

Instructions

  • Place softened butter in a mixer with the whisk attachment.  
  • Whip on high for 3 minutes, slowly drizzling the honey and sprinkling the sea salt. 
  • Store the butter in a glass jar fitted with a lid.
