The Best $20 Purchase Ever

Since I recently dipped my toe into the SAHM waters, I am constantly searching for activities to keep my toddler entertained/busy. After having a new baby, the thought of a bored toddler was terrifying! I found so many activities that required a laminator. I just kept thinking, “Who has a laminator?!”

Seemed like overkill at first, but when I found one that was only $20, I decided it was worth a try. Full disclosure, you’ll want to buy these laminating sheets to go with it, too (an additional $12).

When it arrived, I immediately jumped over to Pinterest for inspiration. Obviously I will be sharing my ideas here, so I’ll keep you posted on all things laminated.

Here are some ideas I have planned:

• weekly toddler calendar
• laminated coloring sheets that you can wipe clean between uses
• preserving Harris’s (and soon baby Lee’s!) art work
• play dough mats
• kid-friendly holiday placemats
• weekly menu planning

But first, I wanted to show you how easy it is and why you’ll likely see everything in my house laminated in the near future.
