Easy Air Fryer Potatoes

Easy Air Fryer Potatoes

Yum

These air fryer potatoes are great because they are the perfect crispiness on the outside, while staying perfectly soft on the inside. And making them in an air fryer is way easier and probably at least a little healther than pan frying (although this is my favorite pan if you want to go that direction).

Do you need an air fryer? YES!

If you don’t already have an air fryer, you need to remedy your situation STAT. The number one question I get is, “Is it really worth the space it takes up?” And my answer is always, “YES!” (I really do yell it — the all caps are real in this case.)⠀
⠀
Okay sure, it’s bulky. Yes, it’s another gadget. Yes, it’s still WORTH IT!⠀⠀
⠀
Everything gets super crispy, similar to roasting, but in less than HALF the time. Plus, it’s shocking how many incredible ways you’ll end up using it. I’ve air fried raw, frozen chicken wings (30 minutes plus a little salt and pepper and they were sheer perfection), pastries like crescent rolls and biscuits, fresh and frozen veggies… the list is practically endless.

I have to admit, though, my husband discovered our favorite air fryer use: reheating pizza 🍕! Go ahead and try it — you can thank me later.

Which air fryer is the best one?

These all have great Amazon reviews, but this is the one I have (the third one in the pictures below). I love it because it is super easy to use, and most importantly, my husband loves to fry stuff up in it on the regular!

Things you can air fry:

  • Bacon (do it. seriously.)
  • Leftover pizza (the ONLY way to reheat pizza)
  • Leftovers
  • Veggies – they get super crispy!
  • Garlic cloves
  • All the frozen foods!

If you’re already an enthusiast like myself, what’s YOUR favorite thing to make in the air fryer?? I love discovering new ways to use our favorite appliance! ⠀
